Quick-Start 5-Step Mess-Free Growing Guide

1. Prep the Substrate: Place your jute growing mat directly into the white mesh tray. Slowly pour fresh water over, like 1 Liter / 32 oz, or heavily mist warm water over the mat until it is completely saturated and dark in color. You can drain the base afterwards, but make sure the matt is completely drenched.

2. Sow the Seeds: Generously scatter one pack of seeds evenly across the surface of the wet mat. Use your spray bottle to gently mist the seeds so they settle into the natural fibers.

3. The Blackout Phase (Days 1–3): Place the solid green pan directly over the seeded tray to block out all light. This creates a humid environment and forces the seedlings to root down into the mat. Mist with water daily, like twice or 3 times, if you don't forget.

4. Let There Be Light! (Days 4–7): Once your seeds have sprouted into pale shoots, remove the cover tray. Place the mesh tray inside the green nesting pan on your stand. Turn on your LED light and select the 12H or 16H auto-timer function.

Bottom-Water & Harvest: To keep the mat perfectly hydrated without causing mold, simply lift the white tray and pour a small amount of water directly into the green bottom pan. Once your microgreens open their first leaves, snip them clean above the mat and enjoy!
